RETURN AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns

We happily accept returns or replacement based on certain conditions which are as follows:

Return Conditions

  1. Items with scratches or other damage cannot be accepted for return.
  2. Items that have been customized, monogrammed, personalised cannot be exchanged or returned.
  3. The original packaging must be included with returns.
  4. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) barcode label, which is generated during the return process, is necessary for all exchanges and returns.
  5. The shipping box must have an RMA barcode label attached to the outside. Ensure that the barcode is VISIBLE and not hidden by additional labels or shipping tape.
  6. You will not receive the funds of shipping, brokerage, duty taxes, or GST/HST taxes.
  7. We reject responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  8. It might take 7 to 14 business days for your refund to show up on your credit card statement/bank account after it is processed.

A refund is provided by us within 15 days of the delivery date. We will begin processing your refund (less shipping costs) as soon as we get the items you ordered, and the money will be transferred on your credit card, PayPal account, or bank account within 2 to 5 business days. The item(s) must be accompanied by our Returns Document in order to start the refund process.

 

Exchanges

If you've changed your mind, you don't like the product's color, or you want to exchange it for another reason. Within 15 days of the delivery date, we allow you to exchange your item for an alternate one of your choice. We will send you the replacement once we receive the returned item. (See the return instructions below).

NOTE:  Customized and personalized products can not be exchanged.

  1. Validation of returns

To verify your return, our customer service will get in touch with you within 48 hours.

  1. Print a label for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

(A RMA label will be sent to you via email. Print it out, then attach it to your return package.)

Two important details have to be on the label:

  • The shipping address for your package.
  • A barcode with your return's information and an RMA number.
  1. Package of returns

The RMA label needs to be affixed to the outside of the package shipment (shipping box, envelope, etc.). The barcode and the address have to be clearly visible. Make use of clear tape for packaging.

Once we receive your return package at our facility, we will process the refund within 2–5 working days.
