Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship Worldwide.Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

What are delivery charges?

Standard Shipping is free on orders above
₹999 in India. For orders outside of India, it
depends on your location. Kindly read our shipping terms and conditions.

What is delivery time?

Most deliveries may require two working days or longer for domestic orders (India) based on the shipping option chosen.

We are not liable for any delays and the
delivery timings are approximations based on the time of pick-up suggested by the courier partners.

Please refer to your shipment destination's expected delivery time. International orders delivery days
are country-specific and may take anywhere between 6-12 working days for standard delivery.

Express delivery option is also available
and it takes about 3-6 working days for the delivery to most countries. For

How can I return & exchange my order?

Cancellation: Please contact our team within 6 hours of placing the order to request cancellation.

Return and Refund: Within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, you can return any order for a complete product refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions to avail of an exchange or refund:

  1. The items ought to be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in marketable condition. Used items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the client.
  2. Please get in touch with us
    and provide your order number and the reason for the return before mailing the things back to us.
  3. You have to wait for us to send you a confirmation of return email, along with additional advice on how to assist you in returning the items to us. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are received after the above-mentioned fourteen-day period or without prior notice.

What is custom and customized orders?

Custom orders are crafted from scratch primarily based on particular design and size choices, even as customized orders involve adding unique touches to a present product, including engraving.

How do I place a custom order?

Is it possible for me to select the kind of leather I want for my custom order?

You can choose from different leather types, such as full-grain, top-grain, or exotic leather, depending on availability.

We also can make product on PU/Vegan Leather (only for bulk orders)

How long does it take to obtain a custom leather order?

The production time for custom leather
orders may vary based on the complexity of the design and the artisan's workload. Please get in touch with us for the timeline of your custom order.

What can I personalize on a leather product?

Personalization options often(remove) involve adding custom text, such as names, initials, or dates, using techniques like embossing, engraving, or stamping. You can also get your brand or company’s logo on to the leather product.

Can I go back or exchange a custom leather-based order if I am not satisfied?

It is important to clarify the return and exchange policies with the our team  before placing a custom order. Custom orders, particularly those with personalized elements or custom sizes, cannot be returned unless there are defects in craftsmanship.

Can I see sample before the very last leather (check)merchandise is delivered?

Yes, when placing an order, inquire about the availability of design sketches or prototypes for your approval before production.

What form of leather-based do you operate?

We use 100% Genuine buffalo leather,
ensuring high great (grade). Our dedication (change the word) to the use of proper(quality) materials guarantees durability and authenticity in each product.

Is my leather bag waterproof, or is the leather used water-resistant.

Our leather is water-resistant, as it can handle light moisture, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water to maintain its quality and durability.

Can I treat the leather-based with anything?

Use natural leather conditioner or oil, however, test on a small place first. This
enables to keep the leather's suppleness and look without inflicting any undesirable damage.
