Note The metal dog hook in our camera shoulder strap provides excellent protection during the first eight to ten months, provided you care for your camera belt properly. Over time, wear and tear may occur, so we recommend checking it periodically and replacing it when needed to ensure continued safety for your equipment.

Within 14 days of receiving the products, you can return any order for a complete product refund or exchange. Please keep the product in its in their original packaging, and in marketable condition.
